You're more than welcome dude, love your WTF song series.
hah sounds nice good job.
Thanks dude!
Very chill, smooth, efficient and awesome, very nice job, I liked the images it brought.
Thank you!
that cinebrass pro though.... so crisp, good job
Thanks :D !
ummm 100 plays n 10 dl? Man you dream small. also you can definately turn up the volume, either the format you uploaded was garbo or you turned down all the volumes from being scared of peaks to ruin song? Either way it felt like a whisper. nice flow for a house track, but definately need to feel the music so don't be afraid to turn it up a few, house is meant to bump.
Thx for the review. i am gonna work more on the volume! And i don't really aim high, i am not really that popular...
Hahaha don't it feel awesome to make songs with vocals. Especially the first time... I remember my first time.... ah.... nostalgia. Great track btw also grats on upgrading your synths, they definately make the difference in quality.
It does indeed feel insanely awesome :3 thank you!
Hmmm, you need to be careful with the peaking. When you create bass lines they always peak, lowering the volume generally does the trick. Everything does not need to be turned up all the way to be able to hear. You can create a spectrum of sound layers just by the volume and keeping the peaks controlled. I struggled with that for the longest. You also still need variations. Nobody wants to sit there and hear a repeat to the same thing, instead try adding things to your repeats anything will do as long as it is on beat. I use around 12- 120 different sounds to create any one of my projects, it may not sound like it but layering is important. Hope this helps a bit.
Thanks man. This song actually got rendered wrong. It sounds way different when I open the .flp with fl studio 11 than the mp3. I used a subkick and raised its volume all the way up to be hearable. When I converted it to mp3 it turned in that crashy sound you hear in the song. I'll try to fix that later on.
yeah, and another note, youtube tutorials on making dubstep drums. As is right now your percs need some work, they sound very generic. They give many good pointers. That is where I learned most of my dub percs n trap percs, also download theis suggestion of VST's to help with your growls and wobbles n such. I think you will enjoy these lessons , it takes time yes, but it will definately pay off in the long run. Other notes, I like your transitions on this one, definately can use more or just variant them.
Thanks man, I'm looking foward to fuse trap and dubstep somehow. I'll work on something better soon!
Yeah, Most of what needs done Taint already said, but on uniqueness , I think at the very least you have your own sound. I have seen many artists struggle finding that about their styles. No matter what it is, painting music, dancing, etc. as a fan or just an audience, we are there to witness you, and what you bring not what you can mimic or reproduce. So just play with your uniqueness and come up with different variations. Don't forget bridges, breaks and so forth, that helps a lot with transitioning as well. That is about it, you have the most important part down as is it seems just go down the rabbit hole, poke, prod it some more, make it explode and let us taste the rainbow ( no homo) :)
Thanks man. the part I liked the most was the build up before the drop. I'll get to learn the more thecnical part sooen enough but university has been keeping me busy.
thanks for the 4 stars *-*
